Sandvik is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to drive technical efforts for direct and indirect sales of Cimatron CAD and Mold solutions. You will support pre-sales activities, training, and successful implementation, collaborating with sales and product teams to boost adoption and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep CAD/CAM mold experience, hands-on Cimatron knowledge, and the ability to lead technical enablement across regional teams.

Formación

10+ years in CAD/CAM with a focus on mold design/manufacturing
Hands-on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems
Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation Software (e.g., Inspire Mold) is preferred
CAM programming knowledge is a plus

Responsabilidades

Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution demonstrations and POCs for prospective customers
Provide technical inputs to Sales during proposals
Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions
Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for Cimatron products/solutions
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and meet SLAs
Manage customer implementation projects including installation and workflow optimization
Mentor reseller application engineers with up-to-date product information
Drive technical excellence within reseller teams through upskilling
