Sandvik is seeking a senior Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to drive technical activities supporting direct and indirect sales of Cimatron CAD and Mold products. You will collaborate with sales to deliver demonstrations, POCs, and technical content, while training customers and resellers and ensuring successful implementations.

The role requires deep CAD/CAM expertise, hands-on Cimatron experience, and the ability to mentor reseller engineers, with travel 40–50% for demos, training, and site

Formación

• 10+ years in the CAD/CAM industry with a focus on mold design and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation Software (e.g., Inspire Mold) is preferred.
• Overall knowledge of CAM Programming is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution technical presentations, demos, and POCs/Benchmarks for prospective customers.
• Provide technical inputs to Sales team during proposal stage.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions and workshops.
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for Cimatron CAD products/solutions.
• Manage customer implementation projects including installation, configuration, and workflow optimization.
