Cimatron is seeking an experienced professional to drive pre-sales technical support, training, and successful implementation of CAD/CAM solutions for mold design and manufacturing. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.

The role involves delivering product demonstrations, POCs, and technical content for regional campaigns, while mentoring reseller teams and maintaining SLAs. Willingness to travel 40-50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in the CAD/CAM industry with a focus on mold design/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding flow simulation software (e.g., Inspire Mold) is preferred.
• CAM programming knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and POCs for prospective customers.
• Provide technical inputs during proposal stages.
• Prepare product technical content for regional marketing campaigns.
• Represent the organization technically at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and events.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions and workshops.
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for Cimatron CAD products/solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and meet SLAs.
• Manage customer implementation projects including installation and workflow optimization.
• Mentor reseller application engineers with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Drive technical excellence within reseller teams through upskilling and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain documentation for software configurations and best practices.
