AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Mexico City to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, and SAP-based source systems, model data with DAX, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and an upper-intermediate English level, with flexible remote/office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and metrics.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data definitions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners on data availability.
• Onboard data into the data platform including Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
