AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and visuals.

The role involves integrating Snowflake and SAP sources, implementing data governance, and delivering scalable analytics in an Agile environment with distributed teams, remote-friendly and focused on quality data delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/reporting experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
