Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) seeks an Application Engineering & NPI Manager to lead the development and industrialization of low-voltage wire harnesses for automotive applications, interfacing with Zoox engineering and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience in automotive or aerospace wire harness development
• At least 3 years of technical leadership or engineering management
• Proven experience leading engineering change management and product configuration control
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interface with Zoox for low-voltage wire harness applications
• Oversee engineering change management and configuration control processes
• Manage New Product Introduction and manufacturing launch activities
• Provide DFMA, cost optimization, and reliability recommendations
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness
• Lead engineering readiness reviews and resolve manufacturing risks
• Mentor and develop application engineering resources
