seeks a senior Application Engineering & New Product Introduction Manager to drive the technical development and manufacturing launch of low‑voltage wire harnesses for Zoox. You will lead application engineering, change control, and cross‑functional execution in a challenging automotive/aerospace setting. The role requires hands-on leadership, DFMA insight, and a track record of complex harness launches, with fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
8+ years in automotive or aerospace wiring harness development or manufacturing.
3+ years in technical leadership or engineering project leadership.
Experience with engineering change management and product configuration control.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, with supplier/customer collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions on harness designs, specs, components, revisions and manufacturability.
Own engineering change process from receipt to verification and production readiness.
Lead NPI activities from prototype to ramp-up and serial production.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams to control cost and quality.
Collaborate with OEMs/suppliers on requirements, substitutions, and testing.
