Job summary

cvgrp is seeking a highly experienced Application Engineering & New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead the technical development and industrialization of low-voltage wire harness systems for the Zoox Autonomous Vehicle program.

You will serve as the primary technical interface between Zoox engineering and our manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams, driving DFMA, change control, and robust production readiness in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive or aerospace wire harness industry.
• Strong understanding of complex electrical harness systems and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of managing wire harness product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Application Engineering & Technical Leadership for Zoox harnesses.
• Own engineering change management with configuration control and reviews.
• Oversee New Product Introduction and manufacturing launch activities for low-voltage harnesses.
