Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Wire Harness Design Engineer to bridge customers, engineering, and sales, turning requirements into manufacturable harness solutions for automotive and commercial vehicle programs. You will translate needs into drawings, collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, and support product launches.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience in application or design engineering.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, guiding wire harness design and manufacturability.
Translate customer requirements into clear engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure cost‑effective, manufacturable solutions.
Support product development cycles, including design validation, prototypes, and launches.
Identify risks, propose alternatives, and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
