Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily wire harness manufacturing operations. You will ensure targets, quality, safety, and on-time delivery while guiding a team to improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to standard work, and collaboration with Quality and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in wire harness/cable assembly or electronics preferred.
• Experience managing production teams in high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities in wire harness assembly.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Lead shift meetings, coach teams, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues.
