Anker Innovations seeks a highly experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow our business with major retail accounts across Mexico. The role requires managing large-format retailers, driving negotiations, and owning the complete sales cycle from sell-in to sell-through.

Candidates should bring deep knowledge of physical retail operations and consumer electronics products, with hands-on experience across pricing, promotions, inventory health, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a senior retail/account role.
• Experience managing large-format retailers in Mexico.
• Hands-on experience with sell-in/sell-out/sell-through analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with key retail accounts in Mexico.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from sell-in to sell-through.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans.
• Lead negotiations with buyers and category managers.
• Manage margins, rebates, MDF, and promotional investments.
• Coordinate promotions with retailers, distributors, marketing and operations.
• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Forecast and plan demand; monitor WOS and replenishment.
• Ensure strong in-store execution with merchandising teams.
