Adyen Mexico City is seeking an experienced Manager, Account Management to lead and develop a team responsible for growing strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue. You will streamline team operations, drive executive engagement, and foster a culture that enables future leaders within Adyen.

The role requires 5+ years managing teams and 7+ years in account management or related fields, with native Spanish and fluent English.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in managing teams and building executive level enterprise relationships.
• 7+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a related field.
• Native Spanish and full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate team members and encourage creativity while understanding training needs.
• Serve as a senior stakeholder, providing strategic and consultative advice to influence and fulfill the global payments strategy of our merchants
• Support team in unlocking commercial opportunities, driving value to both Adyen and our clients
• Set clear individual and team goals focused on revenue growth.
• Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication/feedback culture
• Recruit new team members in line with the Adyen culture and required skills
