Job summary

NIQ is seeking an HR leader in Veracruz to translate regional people strategies into local actions using workforce data. You will advise managers on performance, employee relations, and labor matters while supporting talent reviews, development, and retention.

You will guide change initiatives and coordinate compensation, onboarding, and mobility with specialist teams. The role requires 5+ years HR experience with Mexican employment knowledge, plus fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience including at least 2 years in Market HR or HR generalist roles.
• Experience advising managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change with knowledge of Mexican requirements.
• Strong relationship building, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Experience with HR systems and analytics, ideally Workday and Power BI or comparable tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

• Connect people priorities to the business with localized action based on data.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and labor matters; handle sensitive cases with partners.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, engagement, and retention.
• Guide organizational change, restructuring, redeployment, and exits with care.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits processes, recruitment, onboarding, and mobility with specialist teams.
• Maintain compliance with Mexican employment requirements and NIQ policies, ensure Workday data accuracy.
