NCR Voyix Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to support the LATAM region. You will partner with leaders to implement ER and labor policies, advise on labor matters, manage performance processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 12+ years in ER/HR, LATAM law expertise, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and proficiency with HR software. CHRP is preferred; experience in a union environment is beneficial.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
• CHRP designation preferred

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leaders to implement employee and labor relations policies that support business objectives.
• Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and measure existing labor relations procedures and policies.
• Coach managers on effective practices.
• Lead and manage employee relations programs, ensuring alignment with LATAM labor regulations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management.
