Terh International seeks a strategic Head of HR to lead its HR function in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The role directs talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development, partnering with the executive team to align HR with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in HR or related field, 10+ years in HR with 5+ in senior leadership, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a track record in tech or fast-growth settings.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in tech or fast-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
