NielsenIQ in Mexico City seeks an experienced HR partner to shape employee experience for the Sales team. You will guide managers on people decisions, support talent and performance, and help teams navigate change with local expertise and global HR practices.

Responsibilities include translating strategies, advising on employee relations, supporting talent reviews, and ensuring Mexican compliance with NIQ policies while maintaining Workday data accuracy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of HR experience, including market HR/generalist roles, employee relations, or similar.
• Experience advising managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change; knowledge of Mexican employment requirements.
• Strong relationship building, judgment, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with HR systems and analytics, ideally Workday and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Translate regional/global people strategies into local actions using data and business needs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and labor matters; handle sensitive cases with HR and Legal partners.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, development, engagement and retention.
• Guide organizational change, restructuring, redeployment, and exits with care.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, hiring/onboarding activities, and mobility with specialist teams.
• Maintain Mexican employment compliance and NIQ policies; ensure accurate Workday data and simplify HR processes.
