eClerx is seeking an experienced L2 Support Specialist located in Mexico. The role requires strong UNIX proficiency, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to read and troubleshoot Java code. Prior application support experience is essential, with familiarity in Python scripting and data models a plus.

The candidate should be able to understand business flows, manage incidents with a focus on timely resolution, and work well within a global team. Financial/banking industry experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• High proficiency in UNIX shell navigation and scripting.
• Skilled at SQL development including advanced query and procedure writing.
• Ability to read and debug programming code in Java, Python.
• Knowledge of scripting will be added advantage.
• Experience tuning SQL code, quality assurance and unit testing.
• Proactive ownership and management of allocated tickets.
• Escalate incident tickets through the appropriate channels.
• Document investigative steps and analysis to escalated issues.
• Investigate issues with the implementation and drive resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of new features.
