Georgia IT, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced L2 Java Support Specialist with 8–10 years of enterprise platform operations experience. You will provide hands-on support for Java, Spring Boot, Azure, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

You will monitor applications and containers, analyze logs, perform RCA, and collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot incidents and changes. Strong documentation and process adherence are required.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in L2 application and platform support.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 application and platform support for enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Monitor applications, containers, Kubernetes environments, and messaging platforms.
• Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Support Java/Spring Boot applications running on Azure.
• Work with MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for operational support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
