GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced L2 Java Support Specialist in Mexico City to maintain and support enterprise platform operations.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Azure, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. You will troubleshoot issues, monitor Kubernetes environments and messaging platforms, perform RCA, and collaborate across teams to resolve incidents.

Formación

8–10 years of experience in L2 Java support.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Azure, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
Experience in incident/problem/change management processes.
Ability to analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Responsabilidades

Provide L2 application and platform support for enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and production issues.
Monitor applications, containers, Kubernetes environments, and messaging platforms.
Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Support Java/Spring Boot applications running on Azure.
Work with MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for operational support.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
