NTT DATA seeks a Remote L3 production support engineer to join our Guadalajara-based team, Mexico. You will resolve complex Java L3 incidents, optimize Java applications, and collaborate with global stakeholders. Strong Java, SQL, Splunk, Git, and ServiceNow experience are required.

Formación

• Hands-on Core Java with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience on several Java projects in the Java tech stack.
• Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io.
• Total software experience 6-9 years.
• Strong in Java; experience with SQL, Splunk and Git.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow.
• AWS experience is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Actively provides L3 production support with detailed analysis, code fixes, and thorough testing.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms; contribute to CI/CD.
• Focus on improving the performance of Java applications.
• Work with DB and SQL queries to extract data and diagnose issues.
• Use Splunk for debugging and logs to trace root causes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across locations.
• Develop automation for provisioning and access controls.
• Provide technical feedback to Development teams and perform RCA on production issues.
