Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications. You will investigate incidents, perform RCA, and support releases across distributed systems, with emphasis on Java and SQL troubleshooting.

The role requires extensive experience in Java-based environments, REST integrations, and data investigations, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure service levels and stability.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise apps in production.
• Strong experience in L2 support, incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience supporting Java-based applications.
• Experience troubleshooting Java, Spring Framework, REST services, application logs, exceptions, and backend processes.
• Strong SQL skills including: complex query development, data validation, data reconciliation, stored procedures, performance analysis, production data troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management; familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira and SLA-driven support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor application health, batch jobs, integrations, and scheduled processes across enterprise platforms.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Analyze logs, interfaces, APIs, and database transactions to identify failures and data inconsistencies.
• Execute advanced SQL investigations, data reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Support production releases, deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release verification.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to restore services and improve stability.
• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
