Xideral is seeking Experienced L3 Production Support Engineers for remote projects, with 3+ years on L3 support and strong Java, SQL, and Splunk skills. The role involves diagnosing complex issues, implementing fixes, and driving improvements across Java-based applications and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities include RCA, testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, automation of provisioning, and contributing to CD initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6-9 years of overall software development experience.
• Fluent in English (Advanced - C1/C2).
• Experience with L3 Production Support and REST/Java tech stack.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 production support and resolve complex production issues through detailed analysis.
• Troubleshoot incidents, implement code fixes, and perform rigorous testing.
• Support Java applications and production servers on cutting-edge platforms.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve stability and performance.
• Develop new functionalities to support evolving business needs.
• Automate provisioning and access management processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
