Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Lead Application Support Data Engineer to provide advanced production support across ETL, data integration, and reporting environments, with Informatica PowerCenter as core technology.

This role focuses on incident management, RCA, platform support, change and deployment validation, and operational excellence. Exposure to Power BI, MuleSoft, and Automation Anywhere is valued, with the ability to quickly learn additional platforms.

Formación

• 6+ years supporting enterprise applications, ETL environments, or data platforms in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS, including troubleshooting, workflow monitoring, incident resolution, and operational support.
• Strong SQL expertise including query troubleshooting, stored procedures, data validation, and performance analysis.
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and production issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Power BI workspaces, datasets, data gateways, Fabric capacity, deployment pipelines, tenant governance, and REST API automation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled refreshes, subscription failures, data availability issues, and reporting performance concerns.
• Administer Tableau Server environments, TSM operations, extract refreshes, subscriptions, platform upgrades, and capacity management.
• Support SSRS reporting environments including subscriptions, execution logs, caching, snapshots, and report delivery services.
