Randstad is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will own interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process, while partnering with the Talent Advisor to source top talent for key open roles.

You will support hiring managers and interviewers, coordinating complex schedules, and helping optimize recruiting workflows. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and a high-touch candidate experience.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or Admin/Scheduling role.
• Experience with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and basic sourcing techniques.
• Proficient with ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar; strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; candidate-first mindset.
• Strong time management, organization, and detail orientation in fast-paced settings.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to schedule changes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews (phone screen, tech assessments, panels, exec loops) using Google Calendar/Outlook and Teams/Zoom.
• Act as primary candidate point of contact through interview lifecycle; deliver prompt, professional communication.
• Send interview confirmations, invites, prep materials, and logistics to candidates and panels.
• Proactively manage last-minute changes, reschedules, and delays with agility.
• Collaborate with Talent Advisor to build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Review resumes against job requirements to flag strong matches.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
