Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Administration Coordinator in Monterrey to support the end-to-end talent acquisition process. You will manage interview scheduling across time zones, draft offers, maintain ATS data accuracy, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

You will collaborate with HR operations, IT, and facilities to ensure new hires receive credentials and equipment, while handling pre-boarding and onboarding logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and calendar tools.
• Excellent organizational and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-service mindset.
• College diploma or BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews across time zones.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and pre-boarding documents.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate pipeline reports.
• Coordinate background checks and references, flag delays.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidate scheduling and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR operations, IT, and facilities to provide credentials and access.
• Support virtual career fairs and local hiring events.
