The Adecco Group, a global HR solutions provider, is hiring a Recruiter to serve as the primary contact for hiring managers and candidates. You will drive recruitment for one or more clients, ensuring SLA targets are met and a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service or professional environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Determine staffing needs for clients and recruit qualified candidates from the pipeline.
• Evaluate client requirements and interview candidates per standards.
• Present candidates to clients and coordinate candidate data in systems.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Field inquiries from candidates and managers and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events (job fairs, open houses).
• Develop unified recruitment approaches with team members and networks.
