Visa Consulting and Analytics in Mexico City is seeking a high-impact Implementation Services lead to drive end-to-end technology projects for issuers, acquirers and merchants. You will oversee governance, cross-functional teams, and delivery lifecycle to accelerate value and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services or payments, strong analytical, communication, and Agile skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) or 0 years with a PhD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Manage delivery across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, and quality.
• Define and execute project governance with clear decision making and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical squads including architects, developers, and implementation specialists.
• Ensure realistic roadmaps aligned with client infrastructure and payment platforms.
• Guide architecture decisions from a delivery perspective.
• Act as main interface between clients and internal teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Maintain a client-focused and value-driven approach throughout delivery lifecycle.
