JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mexico City is seeking a Tech Implementations Associate to drive end-to-end payment solution implementations for Wholesale Payments clients.

You will consult with clients to capture technical and business needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong project management, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience in cash management and treasury services and familiarity with technical payment solutions (Host to Host, APIs) and payment formats.
• Strong client-facing communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scoping meetings to solidify product and technical requirements with clients.
• Head client engagements and prepare scope documents with timelines and options.
• Document status, issues, and risks; set up test environments and support testing.
• Troubleshoot testing issues with clients and provide escalation as needed.
• Serve as escalation point and build product knowledge across teams.
• Support rollout of new or enhanced products and pilot client setup.
• Participate in pre-implementation calls to identify gaps and improvements.
• Adhere to JPMorgan Chase policies and procedures.
