Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, analytics, strategy, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading large-scale consulting, advisory, analytics, or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L accountability and delivering sustained revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic leadership capabilities with experience defining and executing business growth strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, growth agenda, and operating priorities for VCA Mexico.
• Lead annual and multi-year business plans aligned with Visa's objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and inform investment priorities for growth.
• Ensure VCA offerings remain differentiated, scalable, and market-aligned.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation; drive value with clients.
