Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Management to oversee hands-on HR technology administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement solutions, support SDLC activities, manage releases, and ensure system functionality and user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS platforms, or enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration and administration experience of SAP SuccessFactors or Custom Applications.
• Experience configuring and supporting one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession, etc.).
• Experience supporting integrated ecosystems involving SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support designated HR products within the HR ecosystem and SDLC activities (requirements validation, configuration, testing, deployment, production support).
• Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, custom applications) and related HR systems.
• Configure business rules, workflows, roles, permissions, fields, and system settings based on approved requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical and business teams.
• Maintain system documentation and configuration workbooks and assist with data integrity.
