Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, HR System Design to manage hands-on configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations and support releases.

Formación

• 6+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise apps.
• 2+ years configuring SAP SuccessFactors or custom apps.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hands-on configuration of HR & CAM platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps.
• Configure business rules, workflows, security roles, and fields per business requirements.
• Support new functionality, integrations, and releases; troubleshoot issues with tech and business teams.
• Execute SDLC activities including requirements validation, testing, deployment, and support.
