Job summary

IHG in Mexico City seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the HR platform, ensure compliance with local laws, and implement HR policies. You will develop key metrics, reports, and provide support across employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management.

The candidate will lead medium to large projects, communicate clearly with clients and HR staff, and drive innovative HR programs aligned with IHG values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in HR or related field
• Experience owning or managing medium to large scale HR projects
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, or requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage key activities and programs within HR (Client Support, ER/LR, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
• Serve as internal expert and consultant on HR initiatives
• Communicate status, metrics, trends, and activities for projects
• Manage daily tactical support for assigned HR areas
• Investigate opportunities for innovative HR programs
