Human Resources Generalist - Mexico City Metropolitan Area

We are in the search of a Human Recourses Generalist for a world-class company in Mexico Metropolitan Area. The HR Superintendent will provide support in a variety of HR disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, LFT, IMSS, benefits, audits, performance management, safety, legal compliance, and strategic planning. A true roll up the sleeves professional, the Human Resources Superintendent will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to traditional HR functions while reporting to the HR Manager.

Key Qualifications

• A Degree in BA or related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in the HR field
• Keen knowledge and experience with implementation and tracking of HR KPIs
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of Mexico Labor Law and HR best practices, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Internal Communication, Labor Relations, and its RIT

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Leads the recruitment and selection process and ensures accuracy of the HRIS.
• Support current and future business needs through training and development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture and promote a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Helps to maintain pay plan and benefits program competitive by being aware of changes and challenges in the industry.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (KPIs).
• Ensure legal compliance throughout excellent human resource management and communication.
