Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR platform and practices, ensuring legal compliance and execution of HR policies. The role involves creating HR metrics, supporting employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, performance management, and employee orientation.

The candidate will lead HR initiatives, communicate updates and trends, and drive departments’ HR programs with a focus on client support and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Progressive HR experience with large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR programs and activities within departments or areas of specialization.
• Serve as an internal consultant on HR initiatives.
• Communicate status, metrics, and trends for projects and programs.
• Oversee daily tactical activities for the assigned HR specialization.
• Investigate new opportunities for innovative HR programs.
