Job summary

IHG is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the platform and practices, ensuring legal compliance and execution of HR policies. You will develop key HR metrics and reports and support employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, performance, recognition, and orientation.

The role involves owning HR initiatives, communicating progress and trends, and driving innovative HR programs while coordinating with multiple HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, or requirements for assigned specialization.
• Proven experience in client support, customer relations, or human resources.
• Ability to organize and execute projects from conception through implementation; knowledge of project management tracking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for communicating with clients, vendors, and HR staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and programs within HR areas (e.g., HR Client Support, ER/LR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits).
• Serve as an internal expert and consultant on HR initiatives.
• Communicate status updates, metrics, trends, and activities for projects or programs.
• Oversee daily tactical support for assigned HR specialization.
• Investigate opportunities for innovative HR programs.
