Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking an HR Rewards & Operations Specialist for Mexico & Latam. You will provide HR advisory across the employee lifecycle, manage compensation and benefits, and coordinate payroll governance with internal stakeholders.

You will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and HRIS systems to drive efficiency and compliance. The role requires 4+ years in compensation/benefits and payroll governance, advanced Excel, Power BI, and Workday experience.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Accounting or related.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Governance.
  • Advanced Excel and data management capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, Power BI, data visualization, and automation tools).
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (LFT), IMSS regulations, employee administration, and labor compliance requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and other HR technologies.
  • Strong HR Analytics capabilities, including workforce reporting, data interpretation, trend analysis, and people insights generation.
  • Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with leaders to identify needs and improve HR processes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding with data integrity.
  • Leverage data and AI-enabled solutions to simplify HR processes and generate insights.
  • Coordinate payroll-related activities and liaise with payroll providers.
  • Manage compensation administration and benefits programs.
  • Lead HR audits, internal controls, and compliance with NOM-035 and labor regulations.
  • Identify operational risks and drive improvements through technology.
