Job summary

Playlist, a platform reshaping real-world experiences, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our global compensation programs. You will craft market-based pay structures, benchmark pricing, and partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to inform offers and pay reviews.

You will build dashboards and predictive models, ensure pay transparency, and support incentive programs across multiple countries, leveraging compensation tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in technology.
• Strong understanding of compensation surveys, pricing methods and job leveling.
• Experience supporting compensation across multiple countries with US/international market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Partners on offer recommendations and pay reviews.
• Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges.
• Create dashboards, models, and executive-level reports from compensation data.
• Champion pay transparency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and refine incentive programs aligned with business goals.
• Improve compensation tools, processes, and analytic methods.
