Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Compensation Operations Manager to design, implement, and govern enterprise sales compensation programs. You will partner with GTM Leadership, Finance, and People Operations to attract talent, drive behaviors, and align with business goals while managing SPIFFs and cross-functional reviews.

You will lead end-to-end program launches, ensure data integrity in Xactly and Salesforce, and develop training for sales teams. This is a fully remote, international role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales compensation or revenue operations in software/SaaS
• Expert in compensation program design and governance
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills, CRM熟悉 Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Design annual sales compensation programs for multiple roles
• Coordinate end-to-end program launch and governance
• Configure programs in Xactly and SFDC; validate data and calculations
• Develop training materials and run sessions for sales teams
