Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support global COE programs in line with our compensation philosophy. You will deliver accurate analyses and data-driven recommendations to guide salary decisions.

Responsibilities include market pricing and benchmarking, job architecture updates, pay program administration, and compliance. You will partner with stakeholders, explore AI-enabled workflows, and develop scalable tools and dashboards to improve

Qualifications

Minimum two years of compensation experience in a tech-focused organization.
Strong knowledge of compensation administration, market pricing, and job evaluation.
Proficient with Excel for organizing, analyzing, validating, and summarizing data.
Experience with AI and automation tools to improve processes.

Responsabilités

Support global market pricing and benchmarking activities and analyze data to adjust salary ranges.
Maintain job architecture framework and ensure proper job classification and governance.
Administer pay programs, geographic pay practices, and compliance reviews.
Develop dashboards and tools to improve decision-making and user experience.
Identify opportunities to automate compensation processes and measure business impact.
