Job summary

Playlist, a global platform for intentional living, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our compensation programs across the organization, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role will lead market pricing, design salary structures, and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders, while ensuring pay transparency and regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR partners across countries to shape offers and incentive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in tech
• Understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks
• Experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, including US and international markets
• Advanced analytical capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with compensation management tools
• Experience with compensation systems such as Pave, Dayforce, or Workday is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation strategies
• Colla borate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop offer recommendations and conduct strategic employee pay reviews
• Design and maintain robust salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges reflecting market trends
• Create dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting from compensation data
• Champion pay transparency and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
• Architect and refine incentive programs aligned with company objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes, and methodologies
