PayJoy seeks a Compensation and People Ops Partner to drive HR analytics and compensation design in a data-driven way. The role focuses on benchmarking, structuring total rewards, and maintaining internal equity for a global workforce.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR analytics and strong Excel/Sheets skills, coordinating with stakeholders from staff to executives while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• +5 years in HR analytics and compensation design.
• Knowledge of global market analysis; LatAm focus is a plus.
• Experience with benchmarking tools (Radford, Willis Towers Watson) is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in development, implementation, and administration of a data-driven total rewards and compensation structure, including philosophy, benchmarking, benefits, and perks.
• Manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, benchmarking for merit/promotion budgets, and pay equity analyses.
• Implement tools to automate compensation processes and decisions.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to compensation and HR analytics.
