Takeda is seeking an HR Compensation Senior Analyst to join the Total Rewards Market Insights team. You will handle compensation surveys, benchmarking, and structure modeling across global regions while developing analytics in our digital tools and supporting pay equity analytics.

You will work with MarketPay, Workday, and Visier to load data, validate results, and deliver insights through dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job architecture principles.

Formación

• University degree required or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in compensation survey participation and benchmarking is required; MarketPay or similar tools preferred.
• Expert user of Excel with data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Submit and validate survey data using MarketPay and vendor tools.
• Provide annual and ad hoc benchmarking for roles and country structures.
• Model country compensation salary structures and support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to analysis and metrics for market data and employee compensation presentations.
• Participate in data audits, file uploads, and survey activities.
• Provide support for H1B/prevailing wage requests and pay equity analytics.
