Job summary

BlackLine is seeking an Engagement Manager in Mexico City to lead customer engagements from pre-sales through delivery, guiding successful ERP/SaaS implementations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape delivery strategies, and ensure budgets and schedules are met.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engagement or project management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record delivering complex client projects in SaaS or software environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Engagement Management, Project Management, Consulting Services, or Professional Services.
• Experience leading enterprise-level client implementations (ERP like SAP/Oracle).
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills across groups.
• Experience in SaaS/software and related installation/configuration/support.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers, partners and internal stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
• Lead presales efforts to assess scope, effort, products and timelines.
• Serve as main point of contact between customer/partner and BlackLine teams.
• Develop delivery strategy for large-scale partner implementations.
• Create customer project plans with budgets and resources.
• Provide leadership to project teams and track milestones.
• Define success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Track financials and manage scope, timeline and budget changes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
