Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementation, from vendor selection to post-go-live support. The role is hybrid and based in Cuernavaca, Morelos, MX, requiring strong ERP knowledge and solid project management skills.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure successful integration, data migration, and user adoption while delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Deep understanding of ERP functionalities and business processes.
• Experience with change management strategies and user adoption techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira or similar PM software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing remote and on-site work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
