BlackLine is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead mid-market to enterprise software deployments, leveraging deep expertise in BlackLine to configure the suite to meet complex client requirements.

You will advise clients on best practices, manage projects end-to-end, document milestones, and lead a team of consultants while delivering exceptional service and business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Consulting/Client Services/Professional Services experience.
• Two years of experience with BlackLine or similar products.
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects for enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to diverse groups and levels.
• Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of software applications.
• Experience in revenue-generating environments (billing of time and materials).
• Experience documenting Business Requirements and technical specifications.
• Business Analysis experience and knowledge of accounting terminology and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead diverse implementation projects from start to finish within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Document project milestones, billable hours, and client communications.
• Advise clients on best practices and translate business needs into configuration requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on project outputs.
• Build strong client relationships with executive sponsors and management.
• Proactively resolve issues with urgency and exceptional service.
• Manage risk and ensure clear scope and successful post-delivery transition.
