BlackLine is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead multi-project software implementations and advise mid-market clients on best practices and configurations. You’ll manage milestones, train clients, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in consulting/services, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work with some travel expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Consulting/Client/Professional Services.
• Experience in managing implementation projects.
• Client-facing experience.
• Experience in a high-revenue environment (billing time & materials).
• Experience communicating to diverse groups across levels.
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and month-end close.
• MS Office, MS Project, Salesforce, and accounting software knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a project.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.

Responsabilidades

• Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general direction and standard procedures.
• Drives milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Creates and maintains thorough documentation (billable hours, Salesforce notes, expenses).
• Communicates with stakeholders to set expectations and define next steps.
• Trains and advises clients to fit products to their needs based on best practices.
• Coaches clients to advocate features and achieve user adoption.
• Offers recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Assesses and troubleshoots application issues during implementation.
• Provides feedback to Product for future releases.
