BlackLine is seeking a Professional Services Bookings Analyst in Mexico City to ensure accuracy of services bookings, review SOWs and order forms, process change requests, and support reporting and ad‑hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring 2–4 years in sales operations or financial analysis, a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables), familiarity with Salesforce, and superb attention to detail and communication across teams.

Formación

• 2–4 years in sales operations, financial analysis, or professional services operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity for services opportunities and ensure alignment with SOWs and orders.
• Process change orders and support project creation and approvals.
• Assemble regular reporting packages and perform ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
