BlackLine is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead mid-market to enterprise software implementations. You will guide configuration, best practices, and client success across complex requirements while coordinating with executive sponsors and project stakeholders.

You will manage milestones, document processes, and mentor junior consultants. Strong communication, project management, and accounting software experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Consulting Services or similar.
• Two years of experience with BlackLine or similar products.
• Experience balancing multiple projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of software.
• Experience in a high-revenue environment (billing of time and materials).
• Knowledge of Accounting, Audits, Financial Services, SaaS industry.
• MS Office, MS Project, Salesforce/CRM, Accounting Software knowledge.
• Accounting terminology and processes knowledge (e.g. month-end close).
• Excellent, organized, detail-oriented communication.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Project management capabilities and client relationship skills.
• Ability to deliver world-class service and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a diverse portfolio and delivers mid-market to large-scale implementation projects.
• Drives and manages milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule and satisfaction.
• Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation.
• Advises clients on best practices and configures software to meet needs.
• Builds relationships with client contacts, including executives, across the project lifecycle.
• Provides strategic and operational client recommendations based on objectives.
• Elicits and translates client requirements for configuration and testing solutions.
• Responds to client communications and resolves issues with urgency.
• Manages deliverables from start to finish and defines scope clearly.
• Establishes ongoing risk management throughout the project life cycle.
• Leads, mentors and coaches less experienced consultants.
• Performs other duties as required.
