FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Senior Employee Solutions Representative to handle online and telephone contacts with US employees, manage complex cases, and support payroll and HR tasks in a fast-paced environment. Formación

• Four years experience in customer service, back-office information systems support, payroll or human resources.
• Spoken and written fluency in local language as well as English per TOEIC guidance (750 points).
• Strong communication skills for handling complex inquiries and confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to US employees' inquiries.
• Resolves more complex cases and escalates to the appropriate business area.
• Acts as an escalation point for callers needing additional assistance.
• Enters employee data into various systems.
• Accurately documents calls while speaking with employees.
• Mentors less experienced staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
