FedEx Express México is seeking an Employee Solutions Representative Associate in Mexico City to support FedEx employees with payroll and HR. The role provides Tier 1 assistance across multiple channels and requires clear communication in English and Spanish.

The position focuses on payroll/HR inquiries, data accuracy, and compliance within a fast-paced environment. 0–1 year experience in customer service or payroll is expected, with bilingual capabilities.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; some bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, payroll or HR.
• Fluency in local language and English (TOEIC 750+).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate clearly and effectively with employees.
• Respond to inquiries using scripts and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
